Agile Development and Scrum

The SCRUM framework is based on agile project development, which prioritizes individuals and interactions, working software, collaboration with the customer, and rapid response to change.  

This framework allows controlling the processes associated with software development. It has an iterative and incremental approach in each follow-up meeting where the progress of the project is presented in a functional stage.
